Forest Barns gives you access to a stunning Gloucestershire countryside wedding venue for exclusive hire, in a tranquil Forest of Dean setting.
This rural Gloucestershire hamlet and farm offers five luxurious stone character holiday cottages, two licenced barns and two outdoor venues which can be rented exclusively.
Exclusive Wedding Venue Hire
You have the choice to rent the entire site for two nights on an exclusive wedding venue basis for complete luxurious privacy for up to 26 guests https://www.forestbarnholidays.co.uk/the-hamlet-group or simply rent a trio of our character cottages with access to a Function Barn or Room https://www.forestbarnholidays.co.uk/the-manor-group, to sleep 16 guests in total (The Stables, The Manor & Brambles).
The venue has two separate delightful barns. One refurbished stone barn originally built as an Apple Store and a beautifully renovated wooden Cider Barn which are fully licenced for civil and wedding ceremonies for up to 44 wedding guests (26 residential + 18 day guests).. The Apple Store has a kitchen/bar area for catering with a neutral décor, which can be decorated to your wedding theme and tastes. The Cider Barn is also licenced for civil ceremonies and enjoys fantastic views from both the barn and the wooden balcony attached.
Your Wedding Celebration
Forest Barns is licenced for civil ceremonies for up to 44 guests* in our characterful wedding barns. The wedding ceremony can take place in one barn and the other used for dining but you also have the option to hire a marquee, stretch tent or tipi and this can be sited within the beautiful grounds. We can recommend suppliers for you to liaise with to facilitate this at our venue.

A Blissful Wedding Night
Once your wedding celebration is complete, retire to a cosy and private love nest on site. Brambles is our secluded romantic bolthole, just for two! The perfect choice for you to spend your wedding night in this pretty stone barn with a balcony hot tub for celebratory fizz and a spot of star gazing! The next morning you can join your wedding guests for breakfast and more celebrations!
